I am super pleased with Jami Boys' new book, Easy Water Bath Canning. For one, Jami is very experienced with water bath canning, and she explains the steps clearly, using beautiful pictures and concise, well-written instructions (especially for someone like me not so familiar with canning). I feel like the recipes themselves are worth the book! Jami has a wonderful FAQ and resource section that answers many questions. I also like that she explains which foods aren't recommended for canning. I learned a lot just browsing through the book.
